Hi, I'm Brittany—and I Know What It's Like to Feel Stuck in Survival Mode

For years, I woke up anxious. Every single day.

I did the therapy. I read the books. I journaled, I breathed, I repeated affirmations in the mirror. I understood why I felt the way I did. I could talk about my patterns, my triggers, my childhood. But understanding it didn't change it.

I knew I was capable of so much more. I could feel the version of myself that was calm, clear, and confident—but I couldn't seem to reach her. And I was exhausted from trying.

That's when I realized: talk therapy helps you understand the story. But it doesn't rewrite the programming.

So I went deeper. I studied the subconscious mind, neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing. I learned that anxiety isn't an identity—it's a learned response stored in the body.

I stopped trying to manage my anxiety and started reprogramming it. I stopped coping and started shifting my identity. And everything changed.

My Background

I hold a master's degree in psychology and clinical mental health counseling, and I'm a certified hypnotherapist and Be Set Free Fast Practitioner.
